Having a weird problem I wondered if anyone might be able to help me. Game was working fine and then I tried to get on to play and it said username or password was wrong. I entered all my info and still says it wrong. Went to the minecraft website and mojang website and it says it is wrong. Reset my password several times, and even with a new password it still says it is wrong.
Here is the part that I really dont understand, I got on the minecraft and mojang website on my phone and logged in with no problems at all. Can anyone help me with what is going on?
After 3 incorrect login attempts, a lockout is placed automatically by Mojang's systems on your network to protect accounts against brute force attacks to gain access.
This lockout is automatic and cannot be overridden, it expires after 3 hours. Wait 3 hours, don't log in at all. Reset your password using https://account.mojang.com/password -- then try again.

Kitty is right. Once you get in, setup extra security measures so that if that happens again, you will be able to answer them to login.
Ok, ill wait and give that a try. I am still able to login on my phone though
Ok, then this my be a browser error. Try using Chrome or Firefox.

Moderatorthe lockout is IP related, if your using your phones connection then you are using a different IP
Dont know what happened. Tried it one last time and then was just going to wait until tomorrow and suddenly it is working now. Dont get what happened.
