Hi, Im using the latest version (as of yesterday at least) version of minecraft forge, resonant-engine-3.0.0.221-core, ICBM-Development-1.4.2.246, , CodeChickenLib-1.7.10-1.1.3.136-universal, ForgeMultipart-1.7.10-1.1.2.334-universal, MrTJPCore-1.0.7.14-universal
After installing all of these mods other than resonant engine, I got an obvious crash telling me ICBM required resonant engine, everything else seemed fine. After adding resonant engine I get this crash report: http://pastebin.com/Xqx8XNeu

I run java 8, But I have to use 6 due to it being required by my OS and running a bit better with the game (as in 1.6.4 and 1.7.2 forge are incompatible with java 8) Ill see about finding a 1.7.10 icbm (I thought I had one) and post back here.
IIRC, then Java 6 < Java 7 < Java 8 in terms of performance.
Im unable to remove java 6 because it is "required by macosx" All programs default to running java 6 unless I manually use a .command file to run it with java 8. Legacy java fixer doesn't work for many users (Im making a modpack for a few friends) and java 8 removed the permsize commands, causing me to be unable to play minecraft without java 6 or java 7. Know any replacments for the permsize command? (also I believe I fixed my original problem)

Curse PremiumIt looks like ICBM v1.4.2.246 is for Minecraft 1.6.4. It also seems to be a dev version.
Unrelated, but you're also using Java 6. You should consider updating that.
Realistic Torches - Causes torches to burn out after a configurable amount of time.
Nature's Compass - A utility item that allows you to search for any biome's location in the world.
Notes - Provides a clientside in-game notepad.
Souls - After you die, a hostile Soul that stores your inventory will spawn.
Auto Refresh - Automatically refreshes your server list and alerts you when your selected server comes online.
Pick Block Plus - A clientside mod that significantly improves the vanilla pick block function.
And a few others that we don't talk about.

Don't know where you got that, but it's not true.
Use the legacy Java fixer.
