So my girlfriend has been having issues with minecraft for 4 days now and we give up and the internet doesn't help one bit.
She had just bought a new computer and installed windows 10, she did everything correctly with installing everything which would include java.
At first, her computer wouldn't even allow her to install java or skype and other programs and such.
Then she got them to work and now she's on the minecraft issues. It would never open, and she reinstalled and then it opened the launcher, but now it wont launch, she's had her computer on for 3 days straight just to see if minecraft will launch and it wont launch, i will upload a picture of it just sitting there trying to launch.
We have tired all the normal troubleshoot problems which are: turning it off and off [ computer ], deleting the entire .minecraft folder, downloading the minecraft ver. of windows 10 just to see if that would run; it did not , and run the windows troubleshooter.
