I have updated the drivers to the most current drivers, and added Minecraft to the AMD Catalyst Control Center gaming section. Nothing seems to work. I keep getting the "Pixel Format Not Accelerated" error as well as the "Drivers need to be Updated" error.
mojang basically abandoned classic a few years ago. the game got so filled with bugs its unplayable..its a shame because it used to have a real thriving community before the bugs
I guess I erred in my terminology. I should have said the NON-Windows 10 edition and not "Classic". Anyway, I think I got it fixed. I uninstalled the AMD Drivers and installed the latest stabile version (15.7.1). Now it is opening correctly with no errors. Hopefully this fixes it... It worked briefly before but then I started getting the "Driver needs Updated" and "Pixel Format" errors... It could be a windows update error. I read that Windows 10 will automatically install drivers it thinks it needs to....

Attempted to play Minecraft today, and it is back to the Pixel Format error. Any ideas?
