You delete it. That's it. And make some backups of stuff you'd like to keep (saves, mods, configs ...).
I've no idea how you managed to "break" it. But deleting the folder is all it takes.
I literally deleted all the files now it's just shitting itself hahahahaah
It doesn't matter anyway, I did a system restore again and it worked that time

I tried doing this by literally deleting the entire folder but ended up having to system restore because it broke completely on me,
I just need to get rid of (outside the mods folder) mods files it's created.
How do I do this? I want to start a fresh Minecraft
