I installed Minecraft recently after blanking my computer. I tried updating Video Adapter, reinstalling, and different launchers!

there unedited it and added the bold to show you where the problem is! also I fixed that and it wasn't a problem before and it still doesn't work!

THE PROBLEM IS WINDOWS YOUR USERNAME.

JAVA WON'T WORK WITH A DIRECTORY WITH A ! IN IT.

Whoops didn't try the second solution in that link... The shortcut thingy worked!
My question is why it doesn't work and even when I read caps, I just imagine a skull yelling! so calm the fudge down!
