Alright, so my minecraft had started glitching, freezing, jumping in and out of the window, until it stopped working in a whole. I was following a guide for this, and deleted my graphics card, everything was going well until Intel wouldn't let me download a new one. I'm not sure what to do now.

I'm just going to speculate here since you didn't involve any crash reports.
Basically, issues for the both of you are most probably caused by ancient and severely underpowered GPU's and/or Graphics driver issues.
If there are any crashes, logs would be very useful.
