I try to join random servers but i can it says Failed to login:Invalid session (Try to restarting your game) or even worst my minecraft will crash. anyone can help me in this problem?
You have to close down the game and the launcher, then restart the launcher and then the game.

If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.
You may need to refresh your login session. To do this, click "Switch Users" in the launcher, and logout. After this, log back in, and try the game again.
Btw you can recomend me a good launcher that you use?
A good launcher, this makes me think you use cracked minecraft, which would be why you can't join servers, do you use the official launcher from https://minecraft.net/?

There is only one official launcher, it requires you to log in and to have payed mojang (the creators of minecraft) for the game.
