Note: This is not an in-game bug, but a bug with the launcher itself.
Sometimes when I load the native launcher for Windows, the UI get's a bit glitchy when rolling over the UI controls. When this happens, controls render in the wrong place, over their correct locations, in a way that seems to "follow" the mouse. I've had this for quite some time, and on both of my computers. Here's a screenshot of it:
When this happens, any and all MC launcher windows have this glitch, including the profile editor and profile drop-down menu. The game is able to launch just fine; it's the rendering of the controls that seem to be glitchy. Restarting the launcher fixes this for a while until it happens again. It's only a minor annoyance, but a bug nonetheless.
