So I had a little glitch with minecraft (not 2 important), and I re-install minecraft and it just randomly keeps getting lag spikes. I've tried almost everything. I've Updated my Drivers, Re-installed minecraft, Re-installed Java, Updated Java, Deleted all my texture packs (kinda helped, but didnt fix it) and I can't take it. Usually every 5 seconds I get a really fast lag spike. If I can't find a resolution to my problem, I might just have to factory reset my pc.
Also, if you want to have a go and try to help me, if your "suggestion" helps fix my problem, you could win a optifine cape.
Thanks for reading, and please help me.

You stated you updated your drivers, is that including your graphics driver? Did you delete your Java (and all updates) and install Java 8 64-bit? Is there any type of error messages appearing in the Minecraft launcher developer console when these lag spikes occur? It could also be some settings for your graphics card/driver, perhaps try going to your graphics control panel and messing with some settings in there?
