Basically on my brothers fairly old computer that we threw a new graphics card in and added some ram, the fps on Ubuntu was constantly over 100 but when we installed Windows 7 Professional the fps was usually below 30. I'm thinking of reinstalling Ubuntu but I'd still like to know before I do if theirs any possible way to fix the fps on Windows.
