The Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family is no longer supported by Intel, and hence does not have updated drivers for Windows 10. You would need to downgrade Windows to the last playable version, or obtain a more modern/capable computer.
The update utility no longer will show non intel sold parts/devices. They state that you need to get updates from OEM's so you need to manually look up drivers.

Sadly under the full list your chipset is listed even though you have Windows 8.
that hopper page refers to a different issue, which is not linked to the chipset the OP has, the OP's issue is just as cestislife said, out dated hardware on an unsupported newer version of windows ( 8 or 10 doesn't matter with a GPU chipset this old)
I opened the Intel driver updater and I did a scan but they said there's no update for my driver!
So I tried to launch Minecraft again but the exact same thing popped up again! Please help.

Retired StaffThe Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family is no longer supported by Intel, and hence does not have updated drivers for Windows 10. You would need to downgrade Windows to the last playable version, or obtain a more modern/capable computer.
You can try here.

He is referring to this:

Sadly under the full list your chipset is listed even though you have Windows 8.

Oh; I didn't realize that. On hopper page it states "A full list of affected devices can be found here."; which does list the Q965 chipset.
I'm using windows 8
So, I just need to get a new GPU?
