Yeah don't expect good performance with Intel HD graphics and or a 4k display. Try changing the resolution with optifine in the settings (only applicable for full screen mode, if you don't want to play fullscreen then try using the shader mod to reduce the resolution).

No, don't worry. Just use optifine to change the resolution to 1080p. If that still isn't happy, then we start worrying. Remember: 1080p won't look smeared or weird because it' perfectly half of 4k (2160p) in both horizontal and vertical pixel counts.

I tried settings it to 1080p I still got 80 FPS on low settings
so I tried putting it on 720p (1366x768) and I got 120-280 FPS on Medium Settings and 20-30 FPS on SEUS Ultra Shaders! xD

I tried settings it to 1080p I still got 80 FPS on low settings
so I tried putting it on 720p (1366x768) and I got 120-280 FPS on Medium Settings and 20-30 FPS on SEUS Ultra Shaders! xD

80 FPS is more than you need... assuming your monitor is 60hz (which is what most monitors these days are). You can't see past 60FPS if your monitor doesn't go past 60hz. Likewise, you can't see 120fps unless your monitor is 120hz.
