Haven't seen any successful fix for it yet, and guess that it might be a bug in the Windows 10 Intel video driver you are using.
Sometimes bugs like that only occur when you use certain Video Options, so you might want to play with that, or if the problem recently "just started happening" then try to remember what you changed at that time.
I haven't changed anything, it has been getting more frequent the longer I play on a specific world.
