Sometimes due to an incomplete install of Minecraft.
Just turn off any antiviruses, firewalls, or VPNS and reinstall the game

Curse PremiumOpen splash.properties (%appdata% > .minecraft > splash.properties) and change "enabled" to false.

nope, i do not have a config, the fml has never loaded so i have never gotten the configs, i can not get to them because i don't have them, what now?
i am such a noob sorry, i went into my versions folder and opened up my forge 1.7.10 and here it is
I do not know what i could do from here, that is where you all come in, the tech wizards
