I'm trying to play LAN with my brother while we wait for the multiplayer session server to come up so we can finish setting up our server. Whenever he hosts the LAN and I go to join it just gives me the "Scanning for games on your local network" forever. When I log into MC it says "play offline" so is this the cause or is it the Multiplayer session status that is causing me to not be able to connect. I have a legitimate account and no mods. When I say "Multiplayer session status" I am referring to the status' on https://help.mojang.com/
