Hello. So, prior to my issue I could use VSync and lock onto a consistant 60FPS. Now, I can barley get to 20 FPS with Unlimited Frames. I use all of the lowest settings in Optifine, my VBO's are on, my Java preference is high, and I have dedicated more RAM. I use Minecraft 1.8.1 and have Optifine for it.
Oh and I use Windows 10.
The only changes which have been made recently:
My disk in task manager was 100% full, so I upgraded to Windows 10 and completely wiped my computer of all data. This worked for about a week, but now I'm having A LOT of FPS issues. However, it shows as my disk at 3% or less.
I have no clue what went wrong, as I haven't changed anything, my FPS were just like this one day. Please post all your suggestions. I'm about to just wipe my computer again, but I really don't want to.

Lenovo y50-70 should have an Nvidia GPU. So you either didn't get the full specs, or yours is a absolute gimp model with only integradet Intel HD for graphics. Kind of doubt its the latter, so ...
Ir sounds like you didn't configure Miencraft to use the Nvidia card after Win 10 upgrade.
The i5-4210H with its integrated Intel HD 4600 would be rather hard pressed to get the game above 30 FPS on normal video setting, without a real GPU picking up the slack. Which is exactly what you're experiencing right now
I just updated to Windows 10 and it was fine, I didn't change anything that I know of. Do you suggest I downgrade to Windows 8.1
