My daughter's game keeps crashing after upgrading to Windows 10. I don't know a lot about computers and there have been a lot of tears from her and me. Please help.
When the game crashes, does it leave a crash report? If so could you please post that. Also what is the game version? I will assume no mods are in use based on this being posted in the Unmodified Client board.
The Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series is no longer supported by Intel, and hence do not have updated drivers (which Minecraft requires) for Windows 10. Your options are to downgrade Windows, or obtain a dedicated video card.
