I seem to have a crash with modded minecraft whenever I die I click respawn then the game gives a ctd.

Running Windows 8.1 64bit

Minecraft 1.7.10

Forge build 1448

Java 8 Update 60

Well the thing is this still happens after I created a brand new world and killed myself straight away it crashes didn't do anything else and I haven't figured out with mod is causing the effect yet is it the out of bounds that says -124 is that the potion effect id I'm looking for?

Edit:

I Deleted the Active Effect in MCEdit -124 still crashed the game with the same error

okay thanks for the help I'll just have to remove mods one by one then to find which one it is.
