I just installed SEUS shaders on minecraft 1.8, i recently updated to windows 10 and I was able to download it. I have a powerful system, 4690k gtx 970 strix,8gb ram. I get about 25-45 fps with graphics at max but render distance at 20. All the videos ive seen online people with similar hardware max out the shaders with 70+ fps. Any ideas?
I know this is late, but I was just running into the problem myself and was working on it at the minecraft subreddit.
I went into my Nvidia Control Panel and turned Threaded optimization to "Auto". THAT'S IT!! That was keeping my framerate from 130fps to 30fps! Hope this helps!
