depending on what version your using you MIGHT be able to just relogin meaning close your minecraft completly and restart it. another suggestion is (and that's IF there are no important builds in this world) hit f3 and write/type down the world seed and regenerate the world and see if that fixes it.

I've tried the relogging and that didn't work and yes there are lots of important builds, this is my Survival world where I already have a big base and mob spawner and a partly built Iron titan
Can anyone help me fix this?
The chunk is still there as I can't fall down the hole but as you can see it's completely invisible right down to bedrock.
The only mod I have installed is the minimap.

I've now found 3 more of these, they are an eyesore in my world and are stopping me from being able to build over them....isn't there a solution?
