My friend TysFoot has bought Minecraft, and had a paid account for a while now. However, it's suddenly begun to show only "Play Demo" even though he's bought the full game. Restarting the game, the launcher, and his computer didn't work. He has full Internet bars so it's not a connection problem. Can someone help us troubleshoot?
