Okay, so recently, when I try to run my Forge for 1.7.10, it just cannot. As soon as I click on the "Play" button, the launcher just vanishes, and nothing else happens. In case you ask, here are some things of note:
-No, there is no crash report regarding this phenomenon. It just vanishes, with no traces left except a running process I discovered through Task Manager.
-I guess it has nothing to do with the mods, because beforehand(the day before this happened), Minecraft could run perfectly fine with the same set of mods, which I did not tamper with at the time.
-It has nothing to do with compatibility, I think. Downgrading simply didn't work, and this is Forge 1448, so the patch is not necessary. Like I said, it was running perfectly fine before this strange phenomenon.
-The only significant thing I can tell happened is that the last time I ran Forge before this, Xaero's Minimaps detected an update before the game starts, to which I respond "don't ask again".
I would really appreciate if anyone knows about this predicament and how to solve it. Thanks in advance.
Well, I checked, and surely enough, there is no crash report regarding this strange occurence. In fact, I don't think it even crashed to begin with. Like I said, the launcher just vanished after I clicked the "Play" button(but not without loading first) with almost no trace and nothing happens afterwards.
Edit: Never mind. Crisis averted, so staff is free to remove/deactivate this thread, at least until a similar problem presists...

you can open the crash log, in the game directory.... then post it
