FATAL ERROR: net.minecraft.bootstrap.FatalBootstrapError: Unable to un-lzma: LZMA.LzmaException: LZMA : Data Error
at net.minecraft.bootstrap.Bootstrap.unpack(Bootstrap.java:146)
at net.minecraft.bootstrap.Bootstrap.execute(Bootstrap.java:123)
at net.minecraft.bootstrap.Bootstrap.main(Bootstrap.java:381)
So I did some googling of this issue, the common fixes tend to be one or both of the following;
1) Going to the .minecraft folder and deleting everything and completely re-installing Minecraft. (IF YOU HAVE A WORLD YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE COPY OR CUT YOUR "Saves" FOLDER)
2) Re-installing Java.
The cause seems to stem from the inability to properly access one of the library files associated with Minecraft due to corruption(Fix 1) or Java being corrupted and unable to decompress said library(Fix 2). This all being said there were some cases where neither one of these fixes worked so let me know and I'll do some more digging for you.

"If you don't understand the bigger picture, writitng a program is difficult. That's true with any computer programming language, not just java. If you're typing code without knowing what it's about, and the code doesn't do exactly what you want it to do, then your just plain stuck." - Dr Burd

Try reinstalling Minecraft launcher.
If you are using 32-bit java, try 64-bit.
