Nothing wrong with the resonant engine apart from a coremod missing. Tons of errors in the latest log though.
A bunch of mods errored trying to access MinecraftForge's ChestGenHooks. Are you running Cauldron? That error used to occur on Cauldron servers but was fixed years ago. Make sure you are using latest officialcauldron(the one for forge 1388). And even if you are using standard MinecraftForge server - 1492 is not a recommended version. It is the latest - it may contain bugs. Though I do not remember Forge Team doing anything to ChestGenHooks this might be somehow related to your crash.
Also WeatherMod crashed upon trying to save the server data. Probably caused by the error above.
And I believe that SmartRender is a client-side mod. Might be mistaken though.

It looks like something wrong with Resonant Engine. But why? Singleplayer works fine.

Hey, I tried running weather mod for 1.7.10, it crashed me every time. Definitely buggy, at least with a lot of mods.
