Today I tried to make an Attack of The B-Team server and after it didn't work I tried to play regular minecraft and then it says that it can't start the Minecraft Runtime Enviroment. Please help and thank you for any responses.
Try re-installing Minecraft as it suggests or re-installing the JRE.
