My friend got it for me off Minecraft.net as a birthday present. It worked fine until July 25th, 2015 (MY BDAY!) when I got a mod to work. i got a virus that day and now, the virus is all gone, but minecraft wont install...
It says Unable to start Minecraft Runtime Enviorment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try ti reinstall minecraft.
I've tried 19 times with Minecraft.exe and 7 times with Minecraft.msi
If you know how to fix it, tell it in a way a stupid 11 year old could understand! I know no scripting or advanced computer things. Thanks!
I'm 11 btw. I tried posting an image but its too big
I found where to install Java... I uninstalled it and now it won't let me reinstall it. It says - Error: Could not create Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will now exit.
I won't be able to play sims OR Minecraft. Thanks alot, dude!!! >:(

Uninstall and reinstall Java.
