When I try to login in to Minecraft Launcher it says this to me "Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are Online and that Minecraft is not blocked." Then it shows a code or something like this "(SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error 10106: create" I am online and I am guessing by blocked it means if it is blocked in Firewall which I do not have blocked.
Ok. Check your available Windows updates. You might find that you have a few optional updates available. You may have your Windows set to update automatically, but driver updates are sometimes optional, and therefore need manual upgrade.
BTW, I'm just trying the basics because that link view of the message you provided does not come up.
I searched around on web and found that this error could be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling java. So give that a go if you are 100% up to date.

You update to Windows 10?
Yea
Did you also update your drivers? Update Java?
The drivers are a must. Java is just icing on cake. You have a desktop or laptop?
Laptop

Do I go to Control Panel > Device Manager > Display adapters
It depends on your Laptop. Many use Windows for driver support. Google "driver updates for <your laptop>"
But really, reinstalling java may be the solution. not saying you shouldn't make sure you are up to date of course
Ok, ill do both, Ill tell you what happens after I finish.
Didn't work, I got the latest Java Java 8 Update 60
