Hi, if anyone can help me about this problem, please PM me.

Anyways, I have a problem with the launcher, and whenever I open it it gets stuck on the loading screen for the 'switch profiles' and 'play now' button.

I've let it load for over an hour and nothings happened, I have tried and tried to get it to work but it doesn't work.
