Basically, when I use the liteloader profile, I can use a dynamic lighting mod. If I load 1.8 Shaders, I get shaders. Forge let's me use other mods. Is there a way I can somehow combine these profiles in a way that allows me to use both shaders and mods together as opposed to having them on seperate profiles?
I know you can extend the Forge profile when you install liteloader. The instructions are on their forum post. Not sure about the others as I havent messed around with them yet.

Shaders for 1.8 aren't compatible with forge (that I know of). However, there are some shaderpacks that do support dynamic lighting. (holding a torch in your hand)
For Minecraft 1.8 (1.8 only, cannot be used on 1.8.1 or 1.8.2 or 1.8.3)

when forge and liteloader can't be mixed by yourself, use multimc, allows you to load both liteloader and forge together, just drag the liteloader mod into the mods folder,at least that's how i got mine to work

Not too sure about shadersmod/DL mod compatibility, but the liteloader instructions should say how to install liteloader on top of forge.

Ah ok, last I checked it was "compatible" but not really recommended to be used together because it was very buggy.
