So I got a few mods for a better, and more fun survival by myself, and I brought in a NEW mod in. This mod only works with (I'm not sure what it's called) another piece of, a download? So I got MCA, but for it to work, I needed to put the RadixCore in WITH it. It worked fine, PERFECTLY fine when I tested out the mods out in Creative. So I left to go eat dinner, I come back to play my survival, right after I join my world, Minecraft closes and gives me THIS.

I had NO Idea what was going on, and I don't know what to do, in order to play my survival again. I just want to know what to do please.
