heres another attachment, this time im using the chocapic V5 Ultra shaders pack and i updated java to Java 8 Update 60 and i updated my graphics card drivers to the latest version (i have an AMD R7 250X GB Graphics card)

i fixed it, i rolled back to V13 and it worked but when i logged on today it said on catalyst control center it was back at version 15, so i had to rollback again

I can confirm that the transparent hand issue is mitigated by reverting to Catalyst 14.9. My card is a Radeon 7850. I was previously running the latest 15.x release.
im having some problems with shaders, i got the latest shaders mod build, 2.4.12 mc 1.8
the shader packs ive used are SEUS Ultra V10.1 And Chocapic V5 Ultra

Might be an issue between Shaders and your graphics driver. From the first post of the Shaders Mod:

Welp, 15.x is above 14.9, Yes? AMD tells you how to downgrade drivers.

I am getting this error as well. I have to rollback my drivers in order for this not to happen? Does that negatively affect any of my other games?

I suggest using DDU to get a clean uninstall.
