Ok, lets be more clear here, so when I try to play minecraft either the latest snapshots or minecraft 1.8.8 i get this weird issue where the world either isnt loading(it loads but i fall down for an infinite amount of time) or only a couple of chunks load and it doesnt load anything more, which you can imagine is a major issue when trying to play also note, when i press exit game the game crashes, no error or anything just a not responding.
lets go to specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8320 overclocked to 4.5 GHz (also tested without overclock, oveclock with fsb, without fsb)
Cooler: Corsair H80I(silent mode)
GPU: sapphire r9 270
Motherboard: Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
Storage: (1) Samsung SSD 840 Evo (2) Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM
RAM: 8 GB 1333MHz crucial memory overclocked to 1600MHz
PSU: Cooler Master v850
OS: tested with both windows 7 64bit, clean windows 7 64 bit, windows 10 upgraded frin windows 7(not clean) and windows 10 clean
java version: tested with java 7u80 and 8u60 both 32bit and 64 bit the issue persists on all of them
here is the game output:

Final update: figured out the problem... it was that minecraft did not allocate enough memory to itself... so i went through all these hours when the original issue was probably that it did not have enough memory :/ atleast the upgrade to windows 10 is nice(although honestly id probably prefer to wait for a couple more months)
update:

The game warns you not to do that unless you've allocated more memory (and even then world generation will cause your world to be very sluggish for a few minutes).
Plus this setting is NOT VALID for 1.7 and thus the crash. Turn it down.

i fixed the issue, it would not work no matter the view distance at the time, but fixed by allocating more memory

Both your problems are related to this:
The game warns you not to do that unless you've allocated more memory (and even then world generation will cause your world to be very sluggish for a few minutes).
Plus this setting is NOT VALID for 1.7 and thus the crash. Turn it down.
