The game was working perfectly, no crashes until I found the End Portal, activated it, jumped in, it was building and crash.
I tried; Setting to Peaceful, adding more ram, and deleting the End World "DIM1" but nothing worked.

EDIT: I found it out. It was Chocoquest. Trying to fix it.
