I'm sitting here with my little sisters old Dell Latitude E6400. It's recently been upgraded to Windows 10, but now Minecraft does not want to load past the launcher due to a "Lack of updated graphics driver" issue. I can't seem to find the driver needed online.
The graphics card tag is: mobile intel(R) 4 series express Chipset family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)
Hopefully there is a relatively easy fix for this!

There is a relatively easy fix, and a potential harder fix. The easy fix is to downgrade back to whatever windows version you were using before. However, you may be able to manually install the older drivers to make it work on windows 10.
You can try updating your drivers. go to intel.com (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/) and fill out the little what processor you have form thingy, download it, run it, and see if it fixes your problem. Good luck!

You are all wrong. There IS no updated driver for that chipset. I've had it, about 4 years ago when Minecraft was still in beta. It's rubbish, and is actually below this game's minimum requirement.
The 4 series, I believe includes chips such as the 4600, which, while averaging around 30 fps, can run minecraft just fine.

The 4 series doesn't have any windows 10 drivers, you will have to downgrade windows back to 7 or install a real graphics card (if using a desktop)
