If this problem it's what I think it is it isn't his drivers. It's Java.

Roughly 95% of Minecraft players hate Villagers and would be very happy if they were removed. If you are one of the 5% who actually like villagers, copy this into your signature and hope it never happens. ~EnderDude124
Without boundaries some people lack the ability to function because deciding what they want to do prevents them from doing anything. ~Mike Ridolfi
It sure looks like it is a driver issue but back when people were updating from Windows 7 to 8/8.1 I saw that some had this issue and it was related to their monitors. They changed their resolution or used a different monitor and it resolved the issue.

Same thing basically only Java.

So the drivers cestislife supplied didn't install like they should have
Srsly, I have had this problem myself.
There's a high chance it's Java. That's what fixed it for me.

when you install the drivers does it complete like all is normal, or say error and give you a log, or say these drivers are not compatible with this system and to obtain the manufactures drivers? (or something like that?)

Java being a 3rd party program does not affect driver installation in windows, infact you can install drivers without java being on the system, this is an issue with drivers as the computer in question does not have any real drivers installed, just very basic place holder microsoft drivers

TRUST ME for the following reasons:
I had the exact same Minecraft error when I updated to Windows 10!
Intel stopped support for my GPU so there's no drivers for Windows 10!
I read a reddit post which said to downgrade Java so I did and it worked for me!
Reasons why it's Java (As far as I understand):
Windows Drivers may be basic but they still function.
OpenGL is the GPU interface langauge.
Java has to speak to the GPU through OpenGL.
Java changed something in Java 8 update 60 which broke something do to with it talking to your GPU.

What the user has is a Radeon R9 200 Series, a recent enough discrete graphics card, your logic does not apply here. Basic drivers (especially for integrated Intel cards) do not have full functionality, and do not have all OpenGL functions. When the game call for these functions, they do not exist, and hence it crashes.

All I'm trying to do is stop people pulling down my suggestion as if I don't know, at all, what I'm talking about.
Also, my GPU/Drivers worked fine with Java until I upgraded to Windows 10.

That is because with every installation of an operating system, they get replaced by generic drivers packaged with the OS install. We are not dissing your suggestions. We are simply giving you a clearer understanding of what the user is facing here, to believe us is another thing. As stated earlier, your system configuration is vastly different from what the user here has, if you would look at their DxDiag log, consider that not all "fixes" are universal.
