I cannot login to my minecraft or microsoft accounts. I pressed "forgot password" and put in the same email I used for the username which is the email my mojang account is linked to and I reset my password. 2 min later I try to login to Mojang with the new password and the exact same email and it said it was wrong. Ive tried logging in to minecraft also with variations of my password and different usernames but nothing is working. This has been frusturating me for the whole day. Please someone help

If you're getting authentication errors even after a reset you are most likely being throttled.
You will have to wait 3 hours without logging in for the throttle to reset. The throttle activates when you fail to login too many attempts, and temporarily locks you out to prevent brute-force attacks.
