Looking at the stack trace, it's appears that something about your inventory is corrupt. It's attempting to access the 150th slot in your inventory (which, of course, doesn't exist).
Does this happen all the time? Or was it just a one time event?
Does it happen during login or while the game is running?
Resetting your inventory will likely fix it.
