I have seen other threads that have this problem, but none seem to help. When I click on PLAY, I get the Mojang logo screen and then I get the error below.
I am running 64 BIT Windows 7. I have updated my video drivers and Java.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cindy.

You appear to be on the Intel 965 Express Series Chipset which has known issues with OpenGL that cause Minecraft to not work on Windows. See MC-14051.
There currently is no official solution from Intel (or any statement from them at all) on the issue, but you may still be able to play versions below 1.7.4.
A couple of actions you can take:
Run an OS other than Windows
Play upto Minecraft 1.7.2
Get a new graphics card if you are on a desktop PC
