You appear to be on the Intel 965 Express Series Chipset which has known issues with OpenGL that cause Minecraft to not work on Windows. See MC-14051.
There is no official solution from Intel (or any statement from them at all) on the issue, but you may still be able to play versions below 1.7.4. Intel has no plans on updating legacy graphics chipsets like the one you are using.
A couple of actions you can take:
Run an OS other than Windows
Play upto Minecraft 1.7.2
Get a new graphics card if you are on a desktop PC

What is your desktop? Can we get some information, in particular CPU and GPU.
