I don't play Minecraft, my sister does. I have no clue what I'm doing. She opened Minecraft, was playing, and then it crashed. When she tried to open it again, it gave her the pixel form not accelrated. I followed the steps about updating the driver, and it said that there was no updates available. I followed the steps for the next link involving obtaining a dxdiag. It told paste the the link from a website here.
The DxDiag says you have an Inspiron 1440 Laptop. The GPU of it is an Intel 4 Series Mobile which is no longer supported by Intel with the last drivers made for Windows 7. Your only options are to try modded drivers (which from the sound of your technical know-how is NOT a good idea) or to downgrade to 7. Your only other option is to buy a new PC because even if you get it to work Minecraft will run horribly. (I know from experience by using it in Windows 8.1).

I may strangle her if I can't find a solution. I don't know the first thing about Minecraft, so excuse me if I sound stupid.
Do not shorten the DxDiag. You removed the only part we need. Repost with the full file.
