Hello there, so basically I am attempting to add Draconic Evolution
to my mods folder. When I press play and load up the game it gets to the
main menu of minecraft and java platform SE binary instantly crashes.

Shortly after I close the game I get this crash report.

It is not cut off. That is exactly what shows in the launcher window after it crashing and the logs in the .minecraft folder. I can't find any information about this. What is going on...
