I know I know, only mojang can deal with account stuff but I've emailed them twice and have heard nothing back from them.
I have two issues and I want to see if anyone has had this problem and possibly resolved it on their own.
PROBLEM 1:
I have an older account that I haven't played on in years but I decided i was going to get on one day and it says either my email or my password is wrong... Well I know its not my email because I looked and I have emails from Mojang confirming that I had made an account with them and an email about requesting a new password. So I go back on Minecrafts website request a new password and guess what... I never get an email back.
PROBLEM 2:
My little brother wants to see if its the Minecraft client on my computer so he logs off of his Minecraft account and then logs in on my computer... Doesn't work. So maybe it is my client. He goes back into his room and lo and behold now HIS account doesn't work... Same issue, he requests a new email they ACTUALLY email him back and even with that his account wont log in.
We are both a little pissed with the inability of getting a hold of Mojang so hopefully you guys can help. Mind you we both have paid accounts too.
