On Windows 7, Minecraft worked fine, but when I upgraded to Windows 10, it says I don't have OpenGL installed. When I try to install OpenGL, it says my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
I have Minecraft Windows 10 on, but there are hardly any servers and it is FAR behind the Java version.
My processor is an Intel Celeron 900 @ 2.20 gHz
My GPU is a Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Family Chipset (WDDM 1.1)
Help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You wouldn't happen to have a Compaq Presario CQ62, would you? There's a light on the Wireless key and there's one on the caps lock key. I know because that's the same one I have, and I just replaced the processor with an Intel T6400. It has a 250 GB HDD and came with Windows 7 Home Premium. 1 USB on the right side, and two on the left.

A wild opinion appeared! Everybody freak out and start insulting each other because you don't agree with it!
Windows 10 runs WAY faster than Windows 7. I went from having 18 GB of space to 80 GB.
Are there going to be any Windows 10 drivers released for my GPU? If not, I guess I'll be playing Windows 10 Edition Beta.
Intel don't even make drivers for your GPU for windows 8, so they have stopped support for it, which means no new drivers, so it won't work in windows 10

Yeah. how'd you know?!
I am planning on replacing the GPU and CPU with external ones, because I don't have enough money to buy those AND get them installed, and besides, I don't want to end up screwing my PC up by trying to replace the CPU or GPU.

You can't replace the GPU, Intel's is built into the motherboard. If you decide to buy a new CPU, make sure it's the right socket type. I blew over $100 trying to find a processor that fit. 1366x768? Lol. If you need to replace the CPU internally, get the T6400. Works beautifully. I'm using my CQ62 right now. It's a piece of doggy poop but it gets the job done! By the way, what BIOS do you have? Mine's an Insyde F.10 It's odd, because the Windows Pro lists the manufacturer as HP and the model as CQ56, because of my processor!
