Nope currently no issues, but you can always check if something at Mojang is down at either here for the official status or here which is a nice page made by some nice people and my preferred way.

ok thanks i have reset my password like 10 times, cant login to the launcher, minecraft.net or mojang website. i saw on twitter some people are having issues. maybe its only affecting certain people
is anyone else having problems??

ModeratorYou have triggered the login throttle, wait 3 hours without attempting to login, then try again.
If after waiting the 3 hours (note that trying to login before 3 hours pass will reset the throttle) contact Mojang https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new
