My daughter Stardolphin476 has not been able to log into her mine craft account for weeks. She has tried to reset her password and she can't. I have sent two support tickets and received no response. I paid for her account. This is her favorite game. If her account has been hacked, then we need a solution. Now I can not even submit a support ticket any longer. It seems like our ISP is blocked, but there is no reason why it should be. My daughter is the only one who plays minecraft in this house and she has a paid account. Her friends do occasionally come over where they play but I don't even know who's account they use. Her friends all have their own accounts.
Wait 3 hours without trying to login incase you triggered the auto throttle.
If that doesn't work wait for Mojang to reply to your support requests (note that messaging them multiple times only slows them down as it means more emails to sift though)

They will reply (normally 1-2 working days) but they currently have a small backlog https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/359446
