1 of my friends had a minecraft account. She got logged out of it somehow, and she cant get back in. She tried resetting password, shes using her email to log in
I tried to place her head in-game, but it made a alex head, so her account was possibly deleted.
oh and one more thing, she cant even login when shes using the right user and pass.
Was her account stolen or is this a bug and is it fixable? My friend is still sad about it.
She may've triggered a login throttle, wait 3 hours without attempting to login, then try again, if this doesn't fix it contact Mojang as they are the ONLY people who can fix account issues
