First of all, the reason I am using MCPatcher is because I want to use a texture pack/ resource pack, and the pack I am using which is the Animal Crafting requires it. Here is the link to the forum post of Animal Crafting:
I am running Forge 1.7.10, 10.13.4.1481. I am running this on the MCPatcher profile it gave me, and it crashes once I press Play on the launcher with the profile, but if I use the regular Forge profile, Minecraft runs fine without any issues.
Using MCPatcher, I patched the forge profile, so I could use my resource pack, and I really need to use the resource pack for a Youtube series.
Here are the mods I am using first:
Custom NPCs 1.7.10
Decocraft 2.0.2 1.7.10
FreezeCam 4.1
Industrial-Craft-2-Mod-Experimental-1.7.10
MrCrayfishFurnitureModv3.4.8(1.7.10)
RadixCore-1.7.10-1.3.4-universal
Stuffed Animals-1.7.10v1
Optifine_1.7.10_HD_U_A4

MCPatcher and Forge are incompatible, don't use MCPatcher with Forge. Install Optifine, Optifine provides all the functionality of MCPatcher (and then some more) and is compatible with Forge.

Okay, I'm not using MCPatcher now, but how do I use the resource pack? I put it in the resource pack folder on .minecraft, but it never shows up!
If your profile is using a custom install directory then place it in that one instead. Although it should still work, regardless of having MCPatcher installed (MCPatcher doesn't affect the loading of resource packs, nor Optifine, only changes some of the texture code behind-the-scenes to make it more compatible and open for resource packs to use and edit, Optifine does the same thing too), so if that's not the case then it could plainly be an installation error which would mean it's on you. Make sure you've actually installed it correctly, place the archive in the mods folder and don't extract it.
