My son upgraded the PC he uses to play Minecraft from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and he now receives error messages about "lack of updated graphics drivers" and "Pixel format not accelerated" when he tries to play. The Intel Driver Update Utility cannot find any updates, and the Intel website indicates that support for the graphics card ended with Windows 8. Is downgrading back to Windows 7 the only way to make Minecraft playable again?
Hello,
My son upgraded the PC he uses to play Minecraft from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and he now receives error messages about "lack of updated graphics drivers" and "Pixel format not accelerated" when he tries to play. The Intel Driver Update Utility cannot find any updates, and the Intel website indicates that support for the graphics card ended with Windows 8. Is downgrading back to Windows 7 the only way to make Minecraft playable again?
The DxDiag report is here:

Thanks in advance
Your GPU is not support on windows 10. You will need to get a new graphics card (if applicable), downgrade to windows 7, or use a different PC.
