Ive tried to Update and re-install java as well... yet that didnt work either

System Type :64-bit OS , 64-bit based prossesor
i would appreciate it if someone could help me fix this issue ASAP
When it comes to shaders it's the graphics card that matters. What graphics card do u have? Update ur drivers. Most shaderpacks aren't compatible with Intel HD Graphics.
Err... what? Sildur's is a shader pack, so it supports shaders, because it is a collection of shaders. If you meant Intel GPUs, Sildur's also supports Intel GPUs...
Apart from upgrading, which if it's a laptop involves throwing out that one and getting a newer, more expensive one, nope. Intel GPUs are not designed for gaming, they're designed for simple computer activities; spreadsheeting, surfing the web, watching a HD movie or Youtube video, playing simple 2D games, and that's about it. In most cases games released up to 10 years ago won't even run on an Intel GPU and instead tells you that your GPU isn't powerful enough and then exits, and the ones that do lag even on the lowest settings. You need a better, more powerful, dedicated graphics card for gaming.
You can try the lite KUDA pack, Sildur's, Paeleo's Lagless or lite Chocapic13's. That's about it.

... and that's really meta too.
*facepalm* sorry, i'm tired. Yeah I meant intel, although I guess some things have changed since I last checked the compatibility of sildur's shaders.

I can't even watch 1080p 60fps youtube videos on my laptop with integrated graphics xD

That wouldn't be attributed to your graphics adapter, that'd likely be attributed to your internet connection. If you've watched movies on your laptop, chances are you've watched them in HD. Integrated graphics can play back a HD video as it's not having to calculate anything, just read data from a video file and load the video in pixel-by-pixel into the framebuffer to display on your display device (monitor). All the hard work is done beforehand by the people who worked on the movie or video or whatever, you're just reading data off your disk. However games require some work, or all the work, to be done in real-time while you're playing it, all the lighting, reflections, bloom, shadows, clouds, etc are being done while you're playing which is much too intensive for an integrated GPU to do.

No, it wouldn't be my internet. I know enough about this stuff to know so, besides, my desktop can do 4k 60fps.

There are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.

Are you sure there is no way around this?
Nope. But some shaderpacks are really good and support Intel HD Graphics, such as Sildur's Shaders. It looks amazing.

Even if you do find any shaders that support Intel graphics, Minecraft would probably melt your computer if you tried it.

Thanks for the help guys really appreciate it :D:D
I think im going to stick to buying a new pc soon....
My shaders do work on an Intel hd4000 but you must update your drivers to the latest version provided by intel.
